Motor home price includes 100 miles free per rental night (4 nights = 400 free miles)
Additional miles:    next 200 miles at .32 cents
*There is no mileage charge on trailers

Electric Brake Controllers: Electric brake controllers are required on most trailers.

Starter kit for trailer:                             $40.00
Starter kit for Motor home:                 $60.00

*Includes toilet chemicals, toilet paper, paper goods, hoses, connections, adapters, and propane.

Towing charge:                $50.00 plus 10 cents per mile on motor homes.

Generator's:                     The rental includes two (2) hours of generator use free with 
                                           each night. Any additional use is charged at $5.00 per hour.

Renters Insurance:          Insurance must be provided by the renter through their own auto
                                            insurance carrier, or purchased directly through MBA Insurance,
                                            provided at their own cost.

Reservation deposit:       $300.00 - $500.00 to hold the reservations.

Cancellation policy:        $100.00 with application
                                            $500.00 for 14 - 20 days before departure
                                            Full rental value 13 days before or free rescheduling

Security Deposit:            We require $500.00 -$2,000.00 security deposit, depending 
                                           on the size of the unit; paid by cash, check or credit card.  
                                           The security deposit is refunded to the renter within 
                                           7 - 10 days of the return of the RV.  As long as there is 
                                           no damage to the unit.

Pick-up and returns:      Pick-up by appointment, after 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure.  
                                           RV is due back by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the return date.     
                                           A $150.00 fee per hour applies to all early pick-up and late returns.

Pets:                                  We allow one (1) small domesticated animal for a fee of $20.00
                                           per night, and a $300.00 security deposit.  The RV must be 
                                           returned with absolutely no evidence of a pet or renter
                                           will be charged a $500.00 cleaning and fumigation fee.

Smoking:                          We do not allow smoking in any of the units.  A fee of $300.00
                                           will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit.

RV Cleaning:                    Trailers          $100.00        

                                           Class C           $125.00
                                           Class A           $150.00

*Includes exterior and interior cleaning additional charge may apply for abuse.
